Phoenix Medical approached Shore3 to create an engaging new website to provide information about their practice to prospective patients, and resources for existing ones. We integrated their website with their patient portal/EMR system, allowing new patients to complete registration forms online. We also integrated with our ShoreSpark CRM solution to capture appointment requests and other inquiries from website visitors, and direct them to the appropriate office staff.
