Frustrated by the seasonality of their business, Thermal Comfort approached Shore3 looking for a new strategy to attract customers year round. We created a new mobile friendly website for the company, fully integrated with our ShoreTools CMS for easy edits, and ShoreSpark marketing automation platform to capture and automatically follow up on leads. We paired this with aggressive SEO and targeted ads on Google and Yelp to reach the right customers in the Chicago area that Thermal Comfort serves. Thermal Comfort saw a ~11% increase in booking requests online and by phone customers who discovered the company on Google and Yelp.
